We make switching Strata Managers easy
Changing strata managers does not need to be disruptive. Share a few details and we will map out a dated handover plan so minute books, financials, documents and keys/fobs move across in an orderly way. You will know who is responsible for each step, and by when.

How it works
01. Submit and approve
You submit the request. We prepare a proposal for your Council to review and approve. Once approved, we confirm notice requirements with you and open a transfer log that sets out contacts, actions and target dates.
02. Notify outgoing manager
Once approved and a signed contract has been received, formal notice is issued to your current strata manager.
03. Receive records and secure information
We request minute books, ledgers, trust or bank details, insurance documents, registers, by-laws, keys or fobs, and the contractor list from your current Strata Manager.
We also confirm outstanding approvals, invoices and any items in progress. Timing depends on how quickly records are released, and we will keep you updated.
04. Set up systems and communication
Your scheme is established in our system, including the ledger, levy schedule, registers, email routing and the SupportMyStrata portal.
We prepare your welcome information and update insurers, contractors and recurring services.
05. Owner onboarding
06. Stabilise and review
Any gaps are flagged with a date to close so you start with clarity and confidence.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will service stop during the switch?
No. Essential functions continue while records and systems are transferred. Where needed, we overlap responsibilities so there is no unmanaged period.
Do you take over outstanding issues from the former manager?
Yes. We obtain a status on open items, add them to the transfer log and agree revised dates with the Council.
What if records are slow to arrive?
We escalate courteously and keep you informed. Some tasks, such as bank changes or insurer updates depend on third parties, and these dependencies are noted in your plan.
Will our levies change when we move to SAS?
Levies are driven by the adopted budget. As part of onboarding, we review budgets with the Council, highlight any shortfalls or upcoming works and recommend adjustments if required.
When do owners get portal access?
During the onboarding phase, once core records and balances are in place, so owners can see levies, documents and updates in one location.
